......If you come by bus, the easiest way is to take a taxi and give the driver our address. A warning: DON'T take the taxis that stand by at the bus terminal! They overcharge terribly. Cross the street - Ave. Cuauhtemoc - and take one that is cruising by. Do NOT pay more than $25.- Pesos! ......If you arrive with your car, getting close to Acapulco, you will see several sings. As you approach Acapulco. Follow the one that says ACAPULCO POR MAXITUNEL. After the toll-gate look for ACAPULCO CENTRO and follow that through the outlying settlements, take ACAPULCO POR TUNEL. Continue straight over a bridge, until you reach the tunnel, where you have to pay $68.- Pesos. After the tunnel follow the sign CUAUHTEMOC CENTRO down the hill. On the left you will pass a gas station and the bus terminal ESTRELLA DE ORO, and the on the right you will pass another gas-station. There move to the right side of the avenue. The next traffic-light has a sign HORNOS INSURGENTES / AVENIDA DEL TANQUE, and there will be a big HOME DEPOT. Sign in front of you. At that corner turn right, drive up two blocks until the street divides with a big painting on the wall that says BIENVENIDOS - WELCOME. There you go left and the second house on the left, No. 215, is..... ***LA CASA DE OMA*** |
